Volunteers


Want to be a conference volunteer?  Download one of our volunteer applications below and fax it in to the number indicated on the form.  Our Volunteer Coordinator will contact you shortly! 

Production Interns are needed to help with pre-planning and execution of the 2009 conference.  They will help with distribution of conference materials (street teams), working with speakers and guests, obtaining sponsored items, mailings, and a variety of other preplanning activities.  Must be comfortable and productive working independently and be able to account for required activities.  All interns must be available to work up to 12 hours per week and attend at least 2 evening orientation meetings prior to the conference.  Please do no apply if you're not available for the hours needed.  In addition to free attendance to the conference, interns will receive other special benefits.  To apply to be a Volunteer Production Intern, click here to download Production Intern Volunteer Pacakge.


Conference Event Volunteers will be needed to help with various activities over the conference weekend.  Event Volunteers must be available to attend at least one orientation meeting prior to the conference, and available to work most of the conference weekend.  Event Volunteers will be permitted to attend select conference sessions for free.  To apply to be a Weekend Volunteer, click here to download Conference Volunteer application.


Ambassadors
are needed at the various Metro Atlanta high schools and Georgia state colleges to spread the word about the conference at thier school.  Incentives are available based on the number of people who register for the conference from your school.  If you'd like to be an Ambassador at your school, please contact our volunteer Coordinator at volunteer@gabpc.com
